Overview

Cultiver is a premium linen and home-textile brand that required a custom-built Shopify storefront that supports luxury positioning, high-intent shopping journeys, and international fulfilment.​ They partnered with Quest Digital to build a high-performance, luxury-focused Shopify storefront that could better reflect the premium quality of their products while improving the overall shopping experience. The objective was to enhance product discovery across bedding, dining, living, and bath categories, streamline navigation, and support both Australian and international sales growth. Quest Digital also aimed to optimise conversions by refining the cart and checkout flow, integrating advanced Shopify features such as faceted filters, enriched PDP sections, smart bundling, and predictive search. Additionally, the partnership focused on strengthening brand storytelling through custom-designed Shopify sections and lifestyle-led UI elements, while ensuring backend efficiency with seamless integrations for loyalty, reviews, CRM, inventory, and automated email flows.
